Yesterday at the library I came across a book on Knitted Lace. It's got some lovely patterns in it, and I'm particularly taken by the lace socks.
Otherwise, I'm reading Storm Boy for our block on geography. I had only seen the movie prior to reading it, and it certainly is a lovely story. Plus it's nice to read a book about the part of the world I'm from. (There aren't many books set in the South Australian region).
We've also almost finally finished reading the Arabian Nights.....I haven't decided yet, what we'll be reading next as a family.
